The Company “3 Fil S.r.l.” realizes in February 2002 the idea of three philatelic operators, Francesco Saverio Carlucci (Apuliafil S.r.l. – Bari), Tiziano Santachiara (Studio Filatelico Benassi – Bologna) and Pietro D’Amico (Teramo) to found a single commercial structure that can represent an important reference point for the whole Italian philatelic world.

The contribution and synergy of different experiences , of skills and proficiency acquired during several years can have only one target:: offer a more and more qualified service to meet with the requirements of a continuously developing market that suffers the growing difficulty to find high quality material above all for the ancient period.

From here the particular care we take to the quality-price ration since also the purchase of “normal” quality pieces, if paid the right price, will turn in time in a good investment, considering that for many items “high quality” represent an exception.

The publisher’s program foresees the publication of:

1°) a glamorous three month sale catalogue (fall – winter – spring - summer) with coloured philatelic offers of the Italian, European and Overseas areas and with an important charter dedicated to the “collection” sector, where at very interesting prices it is possible to buy top quality collections from different Countries, generally bound in an album.

2°) an half year catalogue with thousands of offers, at particularly cheap net prices for medium-small stamps from all over the world, including the 2nd good hand classics, remainings, homogeneous lots for Country or year.

3°) The yearly price list for the Italian Area for new, with damaged glue and used stamps.

Our team of specialists at the headquarter in Teramo and at the branches of Bari and Bologna is at your service to provide any kind of consultancy both for purchase and sale.
